Thursday, October 30, 2003 get you!

so far, about 10 of the customers that have come in today have come straight to the deli to ask if we had something. it's ridiculous.

back to that first fool i started blogging about earlier. when he came in, i was ringing up a customer. he came straight to the deli and stood right behind said customer. so naturally i figured that he must want something from the deli. so he's standing there for about three minutes while i'm taking care of this customer. so after i'm done with that guy, the moron that was standing by the deli asks, "do you guys have parmesan cheese and crushed garlic?" had this moron just turned around to observe our store while standing in line like a goon, he'd of seen that we have a produce section and coolers where maybe, just maybe, we'd have garlic and cheese stuff.

you know what really bugs me? the way our store is set up, the deli is right at the entrance, and then there's the rest of the store. people always come straight to the deli to ask if we have this or that. they can't just take the time to actually walk in and look. and it's not as if the store's huge. there's about five aisles and i know somethings might be hard to locate, but things like milk, or produce, or things like that are just so obvious to find.
